JASPAR TFBS tracks for UCSC and Ensembl Genome Browser
Track hubs are web-accessible directories of genomic data that can be viewed on Genome Browsers, such as UCSC Genome Browser and Ensembl Genome Browser.
In the 2018 release of JASPAR, we have performed transcription factor binding sites (TFBS) predictions on the human genome using the JASPAR CORE vertebrate position frequency matrices (PFMs). The predicted TFBSs are publicly available through UCSC Genome Browser data hub containing tracks for the human genome assemblies hg19 and hg38. These tracks tracks are also available through Ensembl Genome Browser.
Further, JASPAR TFBS tracks are available on the Track Hub Registry, which is a centralised repository for registering and discovering publicly accessible track data hubs. These tracks can be viewed in Genome Browsers including Ensembl, UCSC and Biodalliance.
